You can compare and contrast local sake from the six prefectures of the Tohoku region.The meal consists of eight dishes featuring seasonal seafood, including a platter of fresh sashimi, as well as grilled and fried dishes, all served individually on a plate for each person.Enjoy a blissful moment with sake in a tranquil, private room.
Hot pot: Sendai celery hot pot
Appetizer: Boiled whitebait from Shonan with grated daikon radish
Sashimi: Assortment of fresh fish from the Sanriku region
Grilled dish: Hokkaido scallop gratin
Fried food: Chef's special fried food platter (may be changed to golden fried fish from Shonan with homemade tartar sauce, depending on the morning catch)
Small dish: Deep-fried tofu from Uemura Tofu Shop in Omachi, Sendai, topped with seaweed paste from Maruroku Sato Suisan in Soma, Fukushima.
Specialty Dish: Duck and Roast Pork Carpaccio

For groups of 10 or more, draft beer will be served in pitchers.
We will be using a glass exchange system, and last orders will be limited to the maximum number of people in your party.
One pitcher holds enough for 7 servings.
