A special course where you can enjoy a 2-hour all-you-can-drink selection of sake from the six prefectures of Tohoku.

.You can compare and contrast a variety of unique local sakes from different regions, ranging from dry to rich and full-bodied.The meal consists of eight dishes featuring seasonal seafood, including a platter of fresh sashimi, as well as grilled and fried dishes, all served individually on a plate for each person.Enjoy a blissful moment with sake in a tranquil, private room.

Appetizer: Colorful salad of seasonal vegetables

Appetizer: Shonan-style boiled whitebait, served in a snow-viewing style.

Sashimi: Assortment of fresh fish sashimi from Sanriku

Grilled dish: Chunky grilled Miyazaki chicken

Fried food: Assorted fried fresh fish (may be changed to golden fried fresh fish from Shonan with homemade tartar sauce, depending on the morning catch)

Small dish: Deep-fried tofu from Uemura Tofu Shop in Omachi, Sendai, topped with seaweed paste from Maruroku Sato Suisan in Soma, Fukushima.

Specialty Dish: Duck and Roast Pork Carpaccio

Dessert: Seasonal dessert

For groups of 10 or more, draft beer will be served in pitchers.

We will be using a glass exchange system, and last orders will be limited to the maximum number of people in your party.

One pitcher holds enough for 7 servings.
